3WW: Affinity, Fidget, Mention-Cascade Poem

Kylie and I went to the movies
and because she has an affinity for chocolate,
I bought her a box of Sno Caps.

We sat in the unnatural moon shine
of the screen munching, munching.
Did I mention Kylie and I went to the movies?

When we got home, she asked if she could eat
the remainder of the Sno Caps
because she has an affinity for chocolate.

Without thinking about how much she’d already had,
I said yes. When we got in bed all she did was fidget.
I so regret that I bought her a box of Sno Caps.

This is quite amusing in an different way. I shall have to try some cascade poetry.

The light step of spring and freshness lilts through this piece..I can see Kylie skipping on a sweetie high (even the name Kylie is a skipping name) and I so want to try a 'snowcap'..Jae

Never was a fan of Sno Caps, but I sure liked this piece. (My vice as a kid was Sugar Babies).

I bet Kylie loved this - loved having her name in a poem (even if it was because she had the chocolate induced fidgets) and I bet the sno caps were worth it lol
